Solid timber often bends or twists under changing thermal and humidity conditions. Our Multi-Layer Laminated Scantlings counteract natural timber tension by gluing 3 to 4 opposing wood lamellas together under extreme pressure using weather-resistant D4 adhesive standards.

We cut our raw material exclusively Quarter-Sawn and Semi-Quarter Sawn from high-grade timber logs with average diameters of 800mm to 1000mm. This results in practically defect-free, Select & Better grade laminates that meet strict European DIN standards for thermal window frame construction.
